Kinderland recently celebrated its 30th Anniversary Charity Concert & Carnival at APIIT Smart School in Subang. As reflected by the theme `30 Years of Excellence in Empowering Children with Hope`, the event is tied up with Persatuan Kebajikan HOPE Worldwide KL, a non-profit charity organization that focuses on health, children, education and the poor.
Approximately 800 -100 parents and children attended the event on 16th August 2008 (Saturday) from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Our Special Guest of Honour, YB Hannah Yeoh, ADUN Subang Jaya officiated the Charity Concert & Carnival.
Riding on Kinderland 30th Anniversary, the Kinderland Charity Concert & Carnival aims to serve as a platform
1. for family bonding, in line with Kinderland philosophy of parental and family engagement towards children抯 meaningful childhood
2. to educate parents with current issues in Early Childhood development
3. to inculcate charitable practices among the young generation (Corporate Social Responsibility)
4. for children to explore their strengths through the carefully planned games and activities
